2. PURPOSE
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use” or the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of MAGSAN and users in relation to access, browsing and use of this Website, without prejudice to the Provider’s right to modify them at any time without prior notice. Continued access to the Website after any modification implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Access to certain content or services may be subject to specific conditions, which will be clearly indicated and must be expressly accepted by users. These specific conditions may replace, supplement or modify these Terms of Use.
The purchase of any paid product and/or service offered through the Website shall be governed by the general and/or specific terms applicable to each service.

3.2 DEREGISTRATION AS A REGISTERED USER
Users may request deregistration at any time by phone, contact form or email at magsanscp@gmail.com.
MAGSAN reserves the right to refuse re-registration in cases of misuse, conflict or legal disputes involving the user.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
MAGSAN owns or holds the necessary licences for all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website and its contents.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the user’s domicile or the place of contractual performance.
